Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of an item being found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange to repair or replace provided all original packaging is retained.
Under the terms of Distance Selling Law customers are requested to return any unwanted goods within 7 days. Goods must be in perfect-condition and repackaged as new.
Environmental Policy
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) came into force in January 2007.
The WEE Directive aims to both reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.
The WEEE Directive also aims to improve the environmental performance of businesses that manufacture, supply, use, recycle and recover electrical and electronic equipment.
We will arrange to safely dispose of any unwanted items. This will be on a one-for-one basis, as long as the new equipment is of a similar type and has the same function as the old equipment.
Please return any unwanted equipment to us at time of purchase of your new equipment
