ADM9.1 comprise the highest Audio Quality 24/192 DAC, a remote controlled three input Preamplifier, two optical digital and one analogue RCA - an electronic crossover and two power amplifiers (75 WPC for the tweeter and 250WPC for the bass drivers). The high-speed drive unit has a spectacular 10% approximate reduction in vibrating mass and a 20% increase in magnetic flux density than the 512 model.
The new zinc diffusion stay has three times the specific gravity of the usual aluminium alternative. So it's far better at damping vibrations from the drive unit.
The spike-on insulator supports the base while minimising residual vibration.
Thanks to these smart components and design, the TD712z's impulse response has improved by around 10%, and reproduction has increased to 20kHz, without having to rely on tweeter resonance.

UK design and build the AE1 Mk III SE uses a heavily braced 18mm MDF cabinet that is lined with 4mm steel plate using a specially manufactured damping glue. This creates an incredibly stiff and well damped enclosure. The 12mm thick baffle plate is milled form a solid aluminium block, providing the stiffest mount for the custom woofer and tweeter assemblies.
The bass driver couples AE’s signature spun-alloy cone, famed for its pace and accurate LF delivery, with a die-cast magnesium alloy chassis chosen for its strength and rigidity. The motor assembly uses twin neodymium magnets and a 32mm voice-coil for unsurpassed speed and power handling. This is coupled with a 38mm ring-radiator tweeter with a frequency response out to over 40kHz, chosen for its remarkable low distortion throughout its operating range.
The s520 in its stunning piano gloss finish is just the speaker for that smaller room. This speaker offers sonic performance with style and a bass slam that is totally disproportionate for its size. Made with the same skill and attention to detail in design you expect from its more expensive siblings, the sonic's character punches way above its price point and demands attention. Due to its front porting this speaker can be crammed into a corner in small "student like" rooms it also works well in much larger rooms, say 12x15ft.
